Design Decision was founded in 1992 by Patricia Pepe-Clark
who is a Contemporary Artist, higher education Graphic
Design Educator and internationally renowned Designer.
She has directed the development of an extensive variety
of brand name and licensed products in categories
ranging from watches and jewelry to home decor
